The Gambrinus beer brand introduces a new restaurant concept named Srdcovka. This concept by the Plzeňský Prazdroj company has been gradually expanding across the Czech Republic. One of the initial restaurants, Srdcovka Spálená, is situated in the heart of Prague.

 

Our menu primarily focuses on traditional Czech and Old Bohemian cuisine reminiscent of our grandmothers, complemented with snacks popular in the 90s - a time when many now common foods were just becoming introduced in the country.
